New Features
  1. Added upgrade progress display during module updates
  2. Added charging level control: Charging limit can be set from 80% to 100%
  • a.

Bug Fixes
  1. Fixed issue where the three-module charger could not properly support 12kW charging
Known Issues
  1. After upgrading, there is a small chance that one module may show a red indicator light and fail to operate normally
Upgrade Notes and Precautions
  1. The generator power cable must be used to ensure that:
  • a.
All 3 internal power modules of the 12kW charger, or
  • b.
Both internal power modules of the 9kW charger
Are powered on and operating normally. You can verify this from the side of the charger. Each internal module should have a
flashing green LED
indicator.
Using the standard household power cable may result in only one module operating, which can cause the upgrade to fail.
  1. No battery may be connected during the upgrade process.
  2. Even after the App shows that the upgrade is complete or the charger restarts and displays firmware version V1.5.3.2us, the internal power modules may still be updating.
The upgrade is only fully completed when:
  • a. The progress bar on the charger display reaches 100%
  • b. Three green module indicators appear in the upper-left corner of the display
If any module indicator
appears red
, it means the upgrade failed or that module was not powered on during the upgrade.
  1. The entire upgrade process may take up to 15 minutes.
This update includes firmware upgrades for the internal power modules, which requires more time than normal. Future upgrades after this version should typically complete within 1–2 minutes.
