Need to find a decent workflow to manage fields with a co-op. Currently they have their own login and will share fields to my account, but is there a way to share the flight data in a team assignment so that data flows more smoothly? Say have a team and share the fields to that team and once completed both parties can access flight data?

Good question, and the honest answer is there's no team feature today.
We checked: sharing a field is one-to-one by email address, there's no way to group people, and nothing flows back the other direction once the job is done. So what you're doing with the co-op really is the only way to do it right now.
One thing we did find while digging: the account permission for managing users is already granted in the backend, and there's even a "Users & Roles" entry sitting in the menu data — but the page was never built, so the URL just 404s. It's a half-finished path rather than a deliberate decision, which at least means the groundwork is partly there.
For what it's worth, the model most platforms land on here is a two-tier one — staff members inside your own operation (one-way: you see their work), and partner organizations for outfits like your co-op (two-way: both sides see the fields and the as-applied data that comes out of the job). The second one is exactly what you're describing, and that's the direction we're leaning.
We've logged it for September planning. One thing that would really help us scope it: when the co-op maps a field and you fly it, do you want them to see the full flight data, or just the finished as-applied map and job report? That choice changes the size of this quite a bit.

Quick update on this: there's now an easy way to hand flight data to the co-op once a job is done.
In Manage Flight Records, open the day's card, tick the flights and click Share. You get a link the co-op can open in any browser without logging in. It shows the field boundary and every selected flight on one map, with replay, coverage, duration and speed. You can add an access code and set when the link expires, and My Shares shows you when it was opened.
It's not a shared team workspace yet, and the as-applied map and job report still aren't part of the link. Your note about wanting mostly the as-applied data is with the team for that next step.
